Ancient Memory Part is a weapon usable by [Zelda] in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

In-game description: A small device developed to combat monsters that attaches to the Sheikah Slate. It can modify the output of ancient energy, increasing the power of runes.

• Highest possible damage at level 1: 28
• Highest possible damage at level 30 with no matching seals: 70
• Highest possible damage at level 30 with max +20 damage buff from seal matching: 90

Hidden seals:
• Level 25: Battle EXP++, circle (10%)
• Level 30: Damage at 30% Hearts or Less++, square (18%)

Found in main story missions:
• Road to the Ancient Lab

Found in challenges:

The base cost to enhance it by fusing another weapon to it is 50 rupees per weapon used as fusion material. This increases to [X] rupees when the weapon to be enhanced reaches X level.

Sell value varies with damage and any seals on the weapon. I'm not tracking every variation.
